Position: Academic Counselor

Location: Sector 6, Noida (Near Noida Sector 15 Metro Station)

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Salary: 35k to 40k (CTC) + Lucrative Incentives

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and working professionals about suitable certification programs based

on their interests and career goals.

• Drive sales through effective communication, need analysis, and product pitching.
• Convert leads into successful enrollments through strategic follow-ups.
• Maintain CRM records, manage pipeline, and meet weekly/monthly targets.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Who Should Apply?

• Prior experience in EdTech Data Science, AI, Cybersecurity, Full Stack Development sales

or selling online certification programs is highly desirable.

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree (In any streams)

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Experience of 06 Months - 2 years in Admission Sales.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILL/ABILITY:

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation.
• Target-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Ability to handle objections and address queries professionally.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
• Experience in selling professional courses/certifications is a plus.
