You are a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer looking to join our team as a 3D Visualizer (Project). In this role, you will be responsible for transforming conceptual designs into high-quality 3D visual representations, including renderings, animations, and virtual walkthroughs. Collaboration with architects, designers, and project stakeholders will be key to bringing design concepts to life and ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations. Your key responsibilities will include developing 3D models and renderings for architectural, interior, and landscape designs using industry-standard software. You will apply realistic materials, textures, and lighting to models to enhance their visual impact and appeal. Creating animations and virtual walkthroughs to effectively showcase project designs will be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with project teams to ensure accurate representation of design intent, incorporating client feedback into designs, and preparing high-quality visual presentations for client meetings are crucial aspects of this role. To excel in this position, you should have proven experience in 3D visualization, rendering, and animation. Proficiency in software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, or similar tools is required. A strong understanding of lighting, composition, and material properties, along with excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, will be valuable assets. Effective communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines are essential. A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred. Experience working on architectural and interior design projects, as well as knowledge of virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) visualization techniques, will be advantageous in this role.
