Night Wolves Studio is seeking a Senior 3D Generalist with over 10 years of experience in various software and departments. As a senior-level professional, you are expected to demonstrate artistic maturity, technical proficiency, and visual finesse. Your core software proficiency should include Unreal Engine, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, and Autodesk Maya. Additionally, you should excel in Final Look Development, Lighting & Rendering (path tracing, ray tracing), Shading & Texturing, Environment Building & Set Dressing, and Camera Layout & Animation. To excel in this role, you must have a proven track record of delivering high-quality visuals, the ability to transform creative concepts into cinematic executions, a strong aesthetic sense, and excellent technical problem-solving skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and creative vision.
