The Opportunity

We are hiring two exceptional Dynamics 365 Technical & Functional Analysts to join our global IT team. Based in Bangalore, you will play a critical role in the successful rollout and continuous improvement of Dynamics 365 across multiple regions and business functions.

You will work alongside the business and technology - supporting system design, driving configuration, managing testing and deployment, and ensuring front-line users have the tools and support they need to succeed. Youll be a go-to expert, working closely with our centralised IT team in the UK.

What You'll Do

Platform Configuration & Deployment

- Configure D365 modules (F&O, HR, Sales, CRM, Marketing) aligned to business needs

- Design and manage workflows, security roles, entities, and system rules

- Coordinate technical deployments, updates, and customisations

Testing & Quality Assurance

- Lead system testing, UAT, and regression cycles across modules

- Validate integrations and custom developments before deployment

- Maintain robust QA documentation and defect logs

User Support & Enablement

- Provide advanced support for D365 issues and queries raised across regions

- Deliver training and documentation to end users

- Support go-live activities and ongoing hypercare

Business Engagement & Continuous Improvement

- Partner with business process owners and SMEs to capture and refine requirements

- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve system utilisation

- Drive adoption of new features and promote best practices

Governance & Change Control

- Ensure all configuration and deployments follow change management protocols

- Champion data integrity, security compliance, and audit readiness

What You Bring

- 3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365

- Deep configuration experience in at least one core module; broader cross-module exposure is a plus

- Experience managing deployment pipelines and customisation lifecycle

- Sound knowledge of finance, operations, or sales/marketing processes

- Strong grasp of system testing and quality assurance frameworks

- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

- Strong problem-solving mindset, self-motivated, and capable of working with remote teams

Preferred Qualifications

- Microsoft Dynamics certifications (i.e. MB-300, MB-310, MB-500, MB-920, etc.)

- Experience with Power Platform (especially Power Automate and Power BI)

- Understanding of data migration and system integration methods

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline
