Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Windows Server Administrator to manage, configure, and maintain enterprise-level Windows-based server environments. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Active Directory, VMware, SCOM, SCCM, and Linux patching to ensure high availability, performance, and security of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer VMware virtualized environments including vSphere, ESXi, VxRail, and vCenter.
• Perform Linux patching and scripting for system maintenance.
• Manage system health and alerts through SCOM.
• Use SCCM for software deployment, updates, and compliance.
• Handle Active Directory (AD) management — user accounts, group policies, and authentication.
• Configure and maintain Windows Server (2008, 2012, 2016, 2019) environments.
• Conduct system troubleshooting, updates, and performance tuning.
• Implement and monitor backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance server performance and security.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all configurations and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Windows Server Administration.
• Strong expertise in Active Directory, VMware, SCOM, and SCCM.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentals.
• Knowledge of Linux OS and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) preferred.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
