As a Performance Testing professional, you will be responsible for conducting performance, load, stress, and scalability testing on web and mobile applications to ensure they meet performance criteria. Your primary focus will be on developing comprehensive test plans and strategies, including defining performance benchmarks and test scenarios. You will utilize performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, and Gatling to create automated test scripts and execute performance tests efficiently. During the testing process, you will monitor system performance using tools such as Grafana, analyze the results to identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for improvements. Your role will also involve preparing detailed performance test reports summarizing findings, metrics, and suggested optimizations. Collaboration with development teams to understand application architecture, identify performance requirements, and ensure effective resolution of performance issues is vital. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling. A strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices is essential. Experience with monitoring tools and analyzing performance metrics using Grafana will be beneficial. Any background in working with WebSocket communication protocols would be an advantage. We are looking for individuals with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
