As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for coding, innovative design, and layout of our website. Your duties will include building the website from concept to completion, crafting the home page, site layout, and functions. You are expected to write well-designed, testable, efficient code following best software development practices. Creating the website layout and user interface using standard HTML/CSS practices will be part of your role. You will integrate data from various back-end services and databases, gather technical requirements, and refine specifications. Maintaining, expanding, and scaling the site, as well as creating and updating software documentation, will also be your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in web programming, top-notch programming skills, and a deep understanding of modern HTML/CSS. Familiarity with programming languages like PHP, ASP.NET, Javascript, or Ruby on Rails is required. A solid grasp of web application functionality, security, session management, and development best practices is essential. You should also possess knowledge of relational database systems, Object-Oriented Programming, and web application development. Hands-on experience with network diagnostics and analytics tools is beneficial. Staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to integrate them into operations is crucial. Collaboration with web designers to align with visual design intent is necessary. This is a full-time position that requires a Bachelor's degree.
