You should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in remote infrastructure management, with at least 6 years of working experience supporting both Desktop and Server virtualization. Your proficiency should include working experience in Citrix XenApp & Xendesktop, Xen Server implementation, and configuration. It is essential that you possess knowledge in troubleshooting and resolving issues in an Enterprise Citrix environment, which includes Web interface, Application enumeration, performance issues, printing, and provisioning.
