About the Role

ZooqFilms is looking for a passionate and creative Video Editing Intern who is skilled in DaVinci Resolve. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in professional video editing and storytelling for films, web content, and branded videos.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into polished videos using DaVinci Resolve
• Work closely with directors and producers to understand editing needs and timelines
• Add music, sound effects, transitions, color grading, and motion graphics
• Maintain organized file structures and follow standard post-production workflows
• Ensure final output meets quality standards and project objectives
• Take feedback constructively and deliver revisions on time

Requirements

• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of video formats, resolution, and export settings
• Strong storytelling skills and attention to visual detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively
• A portfolio or sample work demonstrating editing skills (preferred)
