About the Role

Xpandifi is hiring a UX Developer to elevate the user experience across our Seller Portal, admin tools, and internal dashboards.

You will play a key role in designing intuitive, responsive, and user-centric interfaces that align with the needs of global e-commerce sellers. This role combines design and front-end development, giving you full ownership of how the platform looks, feels, and functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design clear and user-friendly user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate designs into production

• Conduct usability testing, collect feedback, and iterate to improve the user experience

• Ensure all interfaces are responsive, accessible, and aligned with modern e-commerce standards

• Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system across all platforms

• Stay up to date with UX best practices and propose ideas to enhance engagement and usability

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design or UX-focused front-end development

• Proficient with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

• Hands-on experience with React or Angular front-end frameworks

• Strong understanding of user journeys, accessibility, responsive design, and component-based UI

• Logical problem-solving mindset, creative thinking, and strong communication skills

• Prior experience designing for e-commerce, dashboards, or B2B portals is a plus
