UX Designer

About Us

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create user-centered designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system and UI components.
• Translate complex workflows and features into simple, intuitive interfaces.
• Advocate for the user at every stage of the product lifecycle.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business objectives.
  

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience as a UX Designer or Product Designer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Knowledge of user research methodologies, usability testing, and analytics.
• Understanding of UI design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Prior experience in consumer internet, OTT, or product-focused startups is a plus.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UX or product design.
• Strong user-centered design approach with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
