Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UX design for assigned product flows: research, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and handoff to engineering.
Plan and execute user research and usability tests; synthesise findings into clear design recommendations and prioritised improvements.
Create high-fidelity UI prototypes and interaction specs that demonstrate user journeys, edge-cases, and micro-interactions.
Define and maintain components in a shared design system to ensure visual consistency and reduce implementation time.
Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and QA to iterate rapidly in Agile sprints and deliver measurable outcomes.
Advocate for accessibility, performance, and data-informed design decisions; track UX metrics and iterate on KPI improvements.

Additional Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on UX/Product design experience (ideal for mid-level roles; adjust as needed for senior openings).
Proven portfolio demonstrating user-centred design, interaction flows, and measurable impact on product metrics.
Ability to work on-site in India and collaborate in Agile delivery cycles.
