UI/UX Engineer

You will play a key role in the UX Design aspect by conducting basic research, wireframing, creating Figma mockups, and enhancing user experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing website and web application mockups, as well as creating posters for hiring campaigns, festive greetings, and social media banners. Your tasks will also involve gathering and analyzing user feedback to enhance designs. As part of the UI Design responsibilities, you will develop responsive web designs using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap while adhering to design coding standards. You will have the opportunity to learn and utilize various UI frameworks such as SASS, Angular Material, MUI, and React UI to create interactive prototypes showcasing user flows. Collaboration is a crucial aspect of this role, where you will closely work with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency. Furthermore, you will coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that designs align with business objectives and user requirements. Your role will also involve enhancing designs by refining visuals, maintaining design standards, and ensuring usability across different platforms. It is essential to optimize UI/UX designs for all users, including compliance with accessibility standards. In terms of Unit Testing & QA, you will be responsible for testing UI components to guarantee functionality and responsiveness. Any design-related issues identified during testing will be addressed collaboratively with the development team to ensure high-quality outcomes.,
