UI/UX Designer

Role Overview: You will collaborate with product and development teams to understand user needs and business requirements. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, testing, and analysis to inform design decisions. It will be your role to ensure that designs are intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and accessible to all users. You will develop and maintain design systems and style guides, while staying up-to-date with current design trends and technology advancements. Additionally, you will communicate design concepts and design rationale to stakeholders and team members.
