UI/UX Designer

As a UX/UI Designer, your main responsibility will be to understand the business requirements of tech projects and translate them into unique digital applications. You will play a key role in creating the overall user experience and graphic user interface for these applications. Communication with clients and other tech teams within the organization will also be a significant part of your responsibilities. Your role will require a highly creative and visual mindset, the ability to think laterally, and the willingness to go beyond conventional design practices. - Utilize design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop effectively - Demonstrate an excellent sense of aesthetics, color theory, typography, composition, visualization, animation, and design principles related to visual and user experience design - Have a working knowledge of standards and guidelines on popular web and mobile platforms - Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients - Minimum 3 years of experience working with Figma (Required) - Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop - Strong understanding of design principles and standards in web and mobile platforms - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The company offers a Full-time job type with benefits including a flexible schedule, provided food, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is day shift from Monday to Friday. The role is based in Vadodara, Gujarat, and requires reliable commuting or relocation before starting work.
