UI/UX Designer

As a Figma Designer at NoBroker, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and high-converting landing pages and HTML emails. Your main focus will be on designing user-centered experiences that drive results, especially within the real estate and home services initiatives. Your expertise in Figma will be crucial for landing page and email design, while a solid understanding of graphic design principles and proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator will be advantageous. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and developing visually appealing and responsive landing pages with a primary emphasis on conversion optimization. - Creating effective responsive HTML email templates that are in line with marketing campaigns. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams like marketing, sales, and development to grasp project requirements and convert them into effective design solutions. - Keeping abreast of the latest design trends, especially in real estate digital marketing, AI tools, and best practices for conversion. - Contributing to basic graphic design tasks such as creating web banners and other visual assets as required. Qualification Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in Figma design with a strong focus on landing pages. - Experience in designing and developing effective responsive HTML emails. - Proficiency in HTML & CSS, understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles. - Awareness of AI tools for design enhancement and automation, and basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork within the organization.,
