Role Overview:

The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for shaping intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric interfaces for enterprise SaaS solutions and B2C applications. The role involves close collaboration with product management, engineering, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver designs that enhance user experience, usability, and product adoption. The designer will participate in ideation, prototyping, user research, and continuous improvements aligned with business and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups for responsive web and mobile interfaces.
  
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on product designs.
  
• Work with product managers and engineering teams to implement design solutions that align with product goals and business requirements.
  
• Present and justify design decisions to internal stakeholders, including leadership and cross-functional teams.
  
• Develop and maintain UI/UX design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
  
• Manage multiple design tasks with quick turnaround while maintaining high-quality output.
  
• Apply user-centered design principles to simplify complex interactions and create seamless user experiences.
  
• Contribute original ideas during brainstorming, ideation, and product planning discussions.
  

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of user interface design and user-centered design methodologies.
  
• Hands-on experience in prototyping, research, usability testing, wireframing, and creating scalable interfaces.
  
• Ability to communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  
• Strong visual design sense and attention to detail.
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
  

Experience:

2 to 3 years of experience in UI/UX design with experience in enterprise SaaS and B2C product design.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

Preferred:

• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  
• A strong portfolio showcasing work for web/mobile SaaS and B2C applications.
  
• Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams.
