Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2–3 years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for clean and modern design, user-centered thinking, and hands-on expertise with design tools such as Figma, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma and Photoshop.
• Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, icons, and illustrations using Canva and other design tools.
• Conduct user research and translate findings into user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business and user needs.
• Ensure a consistent brand identity across all digital platforms and experiences.
• Optimize designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analytics.
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Ability to balance user needs with business goals in design decisions.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with tools like Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, or other design/animation software.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and developer hand-off processes.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design projects.
