UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer and Front-End Developer, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to understand user requirements and transform them into functional user interfaces. You will be tasked with creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders. Utilizing tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma, you will craft visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces while adhering to responsive design principles for optimal viewing experiences across various devices and screen sizes. In this role, you will work closely with back-end developers to seamlessly integrate front-end components with server-side logic and ensure the web and mobile applications are optimized for maximum speed and scalability. Conducting usability testing and collecting user feedback will be essential to iterate and enhance interface designs continually. It is crucial to stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design and front-end development to deliver cutting-edge solutions. To qualify for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field along with 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end web development. A strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, information architecture, and interaction design is required, along with experience in responsive design techniques, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards. Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma is necessary, as well as the ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Attention to detail, a keen eye for visually appealing interfaces, and familiarity with web performance optimization techniques are essential qualities for this role. Knowledge of version control systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication and collaboration abilities are also desired to work effectively in a team environment.
