UI/UX Designer

UI/UX Designer (AI-Assisted Design Experience Preferred)

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to create engaging, user-friendly, and visually stunning digital experiences. You will work closely with developers, project coordinators, and product teams to design web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, a user-centered mindset, and the ability to leverage AI-powered design tools to speed up workflows and generate innovative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing UI/UX for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to refine designs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Use AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Figma AI, ChatGPT/Claude for UX copy, MidJourney for design ideas) to enhance creativity and productivity.
• Develop and maintain a design system and style guide for consistency across projects.
• Ensure designs are optimized for performance, accessibility, and scalability.
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends, design systems, and AI-driven design practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong UI design and UX thinking.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience collaborating with developers and product teams.
• Ability to use AI-assisted design tools effectively for prototyping, idea generation, or UX writing.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with motion design/animations (After Effects, Lottie).
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or front-end basics to understand implementation.
• Knowledge of design systems and component-based design.
• Experience in user testing and analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, Maze).
• Exposure to AI-driven user research or prototyping tools.
