UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at AcadAlly, you will play a crucial role in crafting user-centric digital experiences for students, teachers, and institutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into intuitive interfaces. - Designing wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas. - Creating visually appealing UI elements that align with AcadAlly's brand guidelines and improve user engagement. - Conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing feedback to enhance user experience. - Optimizing existing application screens and workflows for better performance and usability. - Staying updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and best practices. - Working closely with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in EdTech or SaaS platforms. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and a mobile-first approach. - Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. - Experience with usability testing and user research methods. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work in cross-functional teams. - Portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX projects.
