By emphasizing a proactive approach and aligning operational needs with customer-centric priorities, you will contribute to maximizing the value of our applications. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a global support team, overseeing infrastructure support operations round-the-clock, and driving strategic initiatives with long-term business implications. Additionally, you will lead incident and problem management efforts, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to maintain operational efficiency.
