Qualcomm India Private Limited is looking for a skilled professional to join their Engineering Group, specifically the Software Engineering team, focused on advancing state-of-the-art in Machine Learning. As part of this team, you will utilize Qualcomm chips" extensive heterogeneous computing capabilities to enable the execution of trained neural networks on devices without requiring a connection to the cloud. Your efforts will directly impact billions of mobile devices globally and contribute to the development of advanced Autonomous features for the auto industry. Your primary responsibility in this role will be the development of test frameworks for Qualcomm Neural Network (QNN). You will collaborate with neural network frameworks such as TensorFlow and Pytorch to create a validation framework that assesses the functionality, performance, precision, and power efficiency of QNN. Additionally, you will engage with cutting-edge Deep Neural Networks (DNNs) from the research community, staying abreast of industry and academia advancements to continuously enhance benchmarking and validation infrastructure from both software engineering and machine learning perspectives. **Minimum Qualifications:** - Proficiency in developing test cases, automating tests, test case execution, and troubleshooting/analyzing problems - Strong Python development skills - Solid understanding of Machine learning/Deep learning workflows - Experience with at least one machine learning framework like TensorFlow, Pytorch, etc. - Dedication to quality software development, with exceptional analytical and debugging skills - Excellent communication skills (verbal, presentation, written) - Ability to collaborate effectively across a globally diverse team with various interests - Strong problem-solving skills and good time management - Self-driven and an effective team player **Preferred Qualifications:** - Extensive exposure to software testing methodologies and reporting - Familiarity with CI tools like Jenkins and Data visualization tools such as power BI and Tableau - Proficient in Python and C++ development **Work Experience:** 1 to 6 years of relevant work experience in software development/testing **Educational Requirements:** Masters/Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing accessible processes for individuals with disabilities.
