The Sales Residence Engineer in the Automation industry is responsible for generating new leads, visiting customers to understand their automation and control requirements, selecting suitable products, preparing techno-commercial offers, negotiating with customers, and ensuring smooth execution of orders. This role involves setting sales targets, performing sales promotion activities, and following organizational procedures on ERP systems. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma's degree in IC/Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics as a minimum education qualification, with a Bachelor's degree being preferable. A total of 2 to 3 years of sales experience in the industrial automation solutions field is required, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Essential skills include PLC Programming, HMI Configuration, SCADA Systems Expertise, AC VFD Operation, AC Servo System Handling, Sensor Integration, Control Device Programming, Automation Systems Troubleshooting, and Industrial Control Systems Knowledge. Desirable but not essential criteria for selection include a preferred age group of 25-35 years. The target industries/companies for this role are not specified.
