As a Histopathology Technician at our company, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality tissue blocks and slides using standard histology techniques. This includes tasks such as fixation, embedding, sectioning, and staining. Additionally, you will operate and validate Morphles proprietary devices to ensure quality assurance and provide feedback. Collaboration with engineering and product teams to enhance sample preparation protocols and automation workflows will be a key part of your role. In this position, you will also play a crucial role in real-world customer scenarios by troubleshooting sample-related issues, providing demo support, and training lab personnel on best practices. It will be essential to maintain lab equipment and documentation in compliance with GLP and NABL/ISO standards. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to contribute to R&D validation studies and workflow optimization for digital pathology. The ideal candidate for this role holds a Bachelors or Masters degree in Histopathology, Life Sciences, or a related field and has 2-5 years of hands-on experience in a histopathology lab. Proficiency in tissue processing, microtomy, staining (H&E and special stains), and slide preparation is required. Experience with microtomes, slide scanners, or digital pathology tools would be advantageous. Familiarity with quality standards and documentation (NABL/ISO/GLP) is preferred. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset are qualities we value in potential candidates.
