As a Senior Gen AI Engineer based in Coimbatore, your primary responsibility will be to collect and prepare data for training and evaluating multimodal foundation models. This will involve tasks such as cleaning and processing text data or creating synthetic data. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and optimizing large-scale language models like GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks) and VAEs (Variational Autoencoders). Your role will also require you to work on language modeling, text generation, understanding, and contextual comprehension. Regularly reviewing and fine-tuning Large Language models to ensure maximum accuracy and relevance for custom datasets will be essential. Furthermore, you will be responsible for building and deploying AI applications on cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS and integrating AI models with the company's data to enhance existing applications. In this position, you will handle data preprocessing, augmentation, and the generation of synthetic data. Designing and developing backend services using Python or .NET to support OpenAI-powered solutions will also be part of your responsibilities. You will need to develop and maintain AI pipelines, work with custom datasets, and integrate Azure cognitive services to extend functionality and improve AI solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of AI solutions will be crucial. Your role will also involve ensuring the robustness, efficiency, and scalability of AI systems. Staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies is essential to excel in this position. To succeed as a Senior Gen AI Engineer, you should have a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and computer science. Expertise in generative AI models and techniques such as GANs, VAEs, and Transformers is required. Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision is considered a plus. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial. You should also possess knowledge of advanced programming languages like Python and AI-centric libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras. Understanding natural language processing (NLP) for text generation projects and experience in data management, including data pre-processing, augmentation, and generation of synthetic data, are necessary. Experience in developing and deploying AI models in production environments and knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) are essential. An understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is beneficial for deploying, managing, and scaling AI solutions.
