ServiceNow QA resource will be responsible to test the user story based on acceptance criteria. Need to perform over all regression testing and prepare ATF scripts. Roles and Responsibilities of a ServiceNow ATF Quality Analyst Test Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement test plans and strategies for ServiceNow applications using the Automated Test Framework (ATF). Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and define test objectives. Test Case Development: Create, maintain, and execute automated test cases using ATF. Ensure test cases cover functional, regression, and performance testing. Test Execution and Reporting: Execute automated tests and analyze results. Report defects and work with development teams to resolve issues. Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve test processes and frameworks. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and ATF enhancements. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members. Communicate test progress, results, and issues effectively.

Work with project manager, developers, and administrators to develop manual and automated testing solutions for continuous enhancement and integration of applications. Implement Automated Test Framework, Test Management, and other test tools to verify/validate continuous release of major, minor enhancement and maintenance releases. Develop, document, implement and maintain test suites and scripts for new and existing features based on stories and acceptance criteria. Communicate test goals, priorities, plans, schedule, status, and results across organization. Document and report testing, verification and validation status and results including details of errors, non-conformances, recommended remediation, and corrective actions. Participate in Agile release planning for new feature and platform functionality, defect fixes, and platform optimization. Lead early access testing and user acceptance testing with platform and application stakeholders. Ensure testing conclusions, recommendations and sign-off are supported by test results and necessary exceptions or deviations from requirements are documented.
