Role & Responsibility:

We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer to join our customer's solutions engineering team. You will be working closely with customer to deploy solutions across global customer deployments.

Our client is an industry leading AIOps platform designed to provide instant, real-time actionable insights for managing multi-domain network and application infrastructures. By bringing together multiple sources of data into one easy to use platform, IT teams can troubleshoot network issues faster, avoid downtime, reduce MTTR and improve efficiency.

Skills:

• 2+ years experience in manual testing

• 1+ years of experience in test automation using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.

• Hands-on experience in 

  Python / Java / JavaScript

   for writing automation scripts.
• Familiarity with 

  API testing tools

   (Postman, RestAssured).
• Knowledge of 

  CI/CD pipelines

   (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Understanding of 

  testing frameworks

   like Pytest, TestNG, or Mocha.
• Solid grasp of 

  SDLC, STLC, and Agile

   methodologies.
• Excellent 

  debugging and analytical

   skills

Responsibilities:

• Be a test expert on customer's operational analytics solution for networks, applications & security workflows
• Design, develop, and maintain 

  manual and automated test scripts

   for web and API testing.
• Collaborate closely with developers and QA leads to 

  analyze requirements

   and identify test scenarios.
• Execute and manage 

  regression, smoke, and integration test suites

  .
• Ensure all defects are logged, tracked, and retested until closure.
• Participate in 

  code reviews

  , sprint planning, and continuous integration processes.
• Maintain test data and environments to ensure reliable automation runs.
