Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team supporting Oracles Linux & Virtualization business. As a BDR, your mission will be to generate and qualify new business opportunities, engage with prospects, and drive early-stage pipeline creation in collaboration with the Sales teams.

Responsibilities

Identify, research, and engage with prospective customers across the assigned regions.

Qualify leads through structured discovery and value-based conversations.

Generate early-stage pipeline by uncovering needs, aligning use cases, and scheduling qualified meetings.

Work closely with Oracles Sales teams to align territory strategy and campaign execution.

Accurately log and update prospect interactions and opportunity stages in CRM

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs including call activity, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.

Stay current on Oracle Linux & Virtualization product updates, competitive landscape, and customer challenges.
