You have more than 10 years of experience in software development, technical project management, digital delivery, or technology consulting. Additionally, you possess at least 2 years of experience working with Telco clients and have a strong understanding of OSS business knowledge. Your expertise includes hands-on experience in ITIL, TMF Business Framework (eTOM), TMF Application Framework (TAM), and TMF Information Framework (SID). Your specialization lies in SDN, NFV, VNF, MANO, SD-WAN, Telecom OSS CRM, Service Fulfilment, Service Orchestration & Activation, Inventory, Service Assurance, and Billing. You are well-versed in telecom products such as SD-WAN, iWAN, MPLS, Internet VPN, Broadband, and Mobility. As an OSS Solution Designer, you serve as the primary customer interface, bridging the offshore team with the customer to meet and exceed customer expectations. You excel in capturing business requirements, analyzing, solutioning, and supporting the bidding process in RFI/RFP. You also provide technical sales support throughout the bidding lifecycle, including documentation, estimation, and presentations. Your role involves performing as a Business Analyst and Lead Solution Designer, taking ownership of projects and aligning them with core business objectives. You are a skilled strategist who can translate strategic plans into actionable solutions, benchmarking performance against key operational goals. With exceptional organizational skills, you ensure critical business requirements are met on time. As a proactive team builder, you excel in strategic planning, problem-solving, turnaround management, and innovative process improvement. You possess strong communication skills and operational experience as a Service Solution Designer, adept at capturing requirements, analyzing, and preparing end-to-end solutions for various business cases/use cases. You can translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with other designers, producing High-Level Designs (HLD) with an end-to-end view and interface changes to meet all business expectations. Additionally, you handle work estimation, costing, test planning, and delivery planning, defining Product Model (using TMF-SID) and Process Model (using BPMN). Your expertise extends to Network Service Modelling (using YANG) and VNF Template (using TOSCA), E2E Solution Designing on OSS systems and interfaces (API Specification), and guiding the team in the development process. You have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and have a proven track record of designing and implementing OSS solutions in the telecommunications industry. Your strong knowledge of telecommunications protocols, standards, and technologies, along with proficiency in programming languages commonly used in OSS development, sets you apart. You are familiar with network management systems and protocols, and your excellent communication and collaboration skills enable you to thrive in this dynamic role. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop FPGA-based prototypes for telecommunications systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications. Implement and optimize FPGA designs using VHDL/Verilog or other hardware description languages. Perform simulation, verification, and debugging of FPGA designs.
