Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Make outbound follow-up calls to potential and existing clients (data will be provided daily).
Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their property requirements.
Share relevant property information and schedule site visits for the sales team.
Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM systems with client interactions.
Ensure consistent follow-ups until closure or handover to sales.

Preferred candidate profile

Prior experience in a call center or international voice process preferred.
Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to handle high call volumes professionally.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined in follow-ups.
Candidates based in Delhi or nearby regions will be preferred.

Training & Support:

3 days of structured onboarding and product training will be provided.
Regular guidance from the team lead to ensure consistent performance.
