*Job Title:* Telecaller

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote properties and services
- Provide information about properties, pricing, and promotions
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system
*Requirements:*
- 0-4 years of experience in telecalling or sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using CRM systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
