Job Description: Telecalling Executive

Telecalling Executive plays a vital role in managing customer inquiries, generating leads, conducting follow-up calls, and assisting the sales team in converting prospects into clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to present Aouraa Production’s services confidently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Client Communication

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients who have enquired through social media, website, events, referrals, or partner venues.
• Handle inbound calls professionally, providing accurate information about our wedding planning and décor services.
• Understand client requirements, wedding dates, budgets, and preferences to pass detailed information to the sales team.
• Maintain polite, positive, and customer‐centric communication at all times.

Database Management & Reporting

• Maintain and update lead information in the CRM or lead tracking sheet.
• Track daily call logs, follow-ups, and lead status updates.
• Generate weekly reports on lead conversion progress and call performance.

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer care, hospitality, or sales support.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi.
• Strong listening ability and a friendly, confident phone presence.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business).
• Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet calling targets.
• Positive attitude, patience, and excellent customer service mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
