Job Summary:

We are hiring a Telecaller who will play a vital role in promoting Puchkaman's offerings, handling customer inquiries, supporting franchise leads, and boosting customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, confident, and have a passion for the food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and franchise inquiries.
• Respond to incoming calls related to Puchkaman products, outlet locations, or franchise opportunities.
• Convert franchise leads into appointments for the sales/business development team.
• Share details about our menu, offers, and promotions with customers.
• Handle order support queries from customers (if applicable).
• Update CRM with call logs, feedback, and customer/franchise details.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer-first attitude.
• Meet daily/weekly calling and lead targets.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (preferably in the food industry or franchise business).
• Good communication skills in English, Bengali & Hindi
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM software).
• Energetic, confident, and goal-oriented.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in food & beverage or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) brands.
• Prior work with a franchise-based business.
• Ability to handle multi-language conversations.
