Key Responsibilities:
Assist in on-site technology deployments, including basic hardware setup and software installationsSupport the team in preparing equipment for deploymentHelp maintain accurate inventory records of hardware and softwareParticipate in user training sessions and create basic documentationAssist in troubleshooting minor technical issues during deploymentsContribute to the organization and management of deployment projectsShadow experienced team members during complex installationsHelp gather and analyze user feedback post-deploymentAssist in preparing reports on deployment progress and outcomesParticipate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvementsRequirements:Currently pursuing/recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldStrong interest in technology and its practical applicationsBasic understanding of computer hardware and software systemsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work effectively in a team environmentEagerness to learn and adapt to new technologiesProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteAvailability to work at least 40-50 hours per weekPreferred Qualifications:Previous internship or work experience in an IT-related roleFamiliarity with basic networking conceptsKnowledge of common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)Experience with inventory management systemsInterest in project management methodologiesThis internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in technology deployment, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to real-world projects. The intern will develop valuable skills in technical support, project coordination, and client interaction, setting a strong foundation for a career in IT and technology management.Eligibility Criteria for Hiring Apprenticeship: (Important)Graduates and 3-year Diploma Holders who have passed in the last 3 years, or MBA graduates who completed their graduation in the last 5 years.Candidates applying for this program should have an Aadhar-seeded account.The minimum age for an apprenticeship is 14 (18 years in case of hazardous industries) and the candidate must possess the educational/technical and physical qualifications specified in the Curriculum for the relevant trade.Apprentices must be registered on the apprenticeship portal.Apprentices must have an Aadhaar number or a Unique Identification Number in the case of candidates/apprentices from J&K and North-East.Candidates who graduated from foreign universities are not eligible for hiring as apprentices.Candidates with an active contract on the Government Portal (NATS or NAPS) are ineligible for hiring as apprentices.
