You will define solutions to meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, contributing to the success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead the technology architecture design and implementation. Ensure alignment of technology solutions with business goals. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance current systems. Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. Strong understanding of system architecture principles. Experience in designing and implementing scalable and high-performance systems. Knowledge of cloud technologies and microservices architecture. Hands-on experience with enterprise-level software development. Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Framework. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
