Job Description

We are hiring for a Technical Writer/Editor to support our client. The role involves developing high-quality documentation for internal and external users.

Responsibilities

Create and edit technical documents: datasheets, manuals, user guides, release notes, and application notes.

Collaborate with SMEs to gather and structure technical information.

Ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with style guidelines.

Publish documents in HTML/PDF formats.

Support engineering teams with documentation for highly technical products.

Manage documentation-related defect tickets.

Skills Required

Strong command of English and technical writing skills.

Experience with DITA, XML, Markdown, FrameMaker, or similar tools.

Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence.

Ability to collaborate with engineering and support teams.

Knowledge of structured writing and single-sourcing principles.

Qualifications

Engineering/English/Technical Writing degree OR equivalent experience.

210 years of relevant technical writing experience.

Work Location: Noida
