As a Presales professional at Cloud4C, you will leverage your expertise to drive Cloud Managed Services business and revenue growth. Your successful track record in creating solution architecture for managed services and cloud offerings to enterprise accounts and mid-size companies will be crucial. Building strong relationships with IT Decision Makers and CxO levels of organizations is a key aspect of this role. Your responsibilities will include gathering and capturing business requirements from customers by collaborating with customers and the sales team. You will need to understand customers" current and desired infrastructure, application, and security needs on the cloud. Additionally, you will be responsible for interpreting RFP/RFI documents to capture business requirements and prepare technical responses. Creating optimized solutions on Public Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP based on customer requirements will be a core part of your role. You will also conduct customer presentations, whiteboarding sessions to showcase Cloud4C's capabilities, and explain the benefits of the proposed solutions. In this role, you will create Proof of Concepts, develop Cloud Migration Plans, participate in public events, and contribute by writing technical whitepapers, articles, and blogs. Internal training sessions and assisting delivery teams in knowledge transition will also be part of your responsibilities. To be considered for this position, you must have prior experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP public cloud. A minimum of 16 years of IT/Datacenter experience, with at least 6 years focusing on cloud infrastructure and applications as an SME/Architect on one of the public clouds, is required. Preferably, you should be certified in one of the Cloud Technologies at an Expert or Associate level. Your experience should include architecting complex solutions in both on-premise and cloud environments. You should also have a solid understanding of cloud security, Windows/Linux operating systems, Active Directory, and AD integration. Experience in designing solutions for high availability, Disaster Recovery architectures, familiarity with Cloud Automation Tools like Terraform, ANSIBLE, ARM Templates, and the ability to work with new technologies such as AI, ML, IoT are desired. Flexibility for local and global travel (30-40%) for client, partner, and event visits is essential to meet business requirements. Your client-focused approach and ability to influence others to achieve results will be valuable in this role. You will collaborate with project teams on technical solutions and contribute to improving services.,
