Technical Support Engineer

As a Technical Support Engineer based in Coimbatore, you will be responsible for supporting customers throughout the product implementation process and beyond. Your role will involve managing deployments, offering training sessions, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include implementing software products tailored to each customer's environment and requirements, adhering to project plans to meet delivery schedules, conducting training sessions for customers and partners, documenting all customizations and configurations, suggesting product upgrades based on customer feedback, and creating user guides, documentation, and training materials. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 12 years of experience in Technical Support, Implementation, or related fields, possess a basic understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and operating systems such as Linux, Windows, and Mac, demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach, hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and have knowledge of Python, Node.js, or React.js.
