About the Role

Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the

  end-to-end recruitment cycle

  — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for IT positions.
• Develop and execute

  innovative sourcing strategies

  across job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
• Stay updated on

  emerging IT skills and market trends

  (Cloud, DevOps, Data, Full Stack, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, etc.).
• Evaluate candidate technical skills and suitability based on job requirements.
• Maintain accurate and organized data using

  ATS and recruitment tools

  .
• Ensure a

  positive candidate experience

  throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.

• 3–5 years of technical recruitment experience

  in the

  Indian IT market

  .
• Strong understanding of

  IT technologies, job functions, and skills

  .
• Proven experience in sourcing via

  Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and social platforms

  .
• Familiarity with

  ATS tools

  and recruitment CRMs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hiring for

  AI/ML

  ,

  Cloud, Data, DevOps, and Full Stack roles

  .
• Exposure to

  contract and permanent hiring

  models.
• Knowledge of

  Boolean and X-ray search techniques

  .
