We’re looking for an energetic and skilled IT Recruiter to join our growing team at RxCloud in Hyderabad!

Experience: 3–4 years (Night time support as well covering US Time zone (half day) along with second half for India)

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)

🔍 What You’ll Do:

Handle end-to-end IT recruitment across Domestic and USA markets.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.

Source, screen, and submit qualified profiles through various channels.

Schedule interviews, manage negotiations, and ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Focus on delivering quality talent with speed and precision.

💼 Preferred Experience:

Candidates with exposure to Life Sciences & Pharma domain clients will have an advantage.

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
