Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT/software projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a primary point of contact for project updates.
• Prepare and monitor project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Track project progress using dashboards and tools, ensuring alignment with KPIs.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide clear communication to stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth transition to support teams post-deployment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in IT project management.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.

Key Skills:

• Strong project planning and execution skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet).
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, IBM Cloud) is desirable.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
