Technical Project Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager who can lead complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of technology-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of project management expertise, technical understanding, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects within timelines, scope, and budget.

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, milestones, and deliverables.

3. Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure using Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

4. Coordinate with engineering, QA, product, and business teams to ensure smooth execution.

5. Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; implement mitigation strategies.

6. Ensure adherence to organizational processes, compliance, and quality standards.

7. Mentor and guide team members while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. 7+ years of experience in IT/technical project management.

2. Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.).

3. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and client communications.

4. Strong technical background to understand and guide technical discussions.

5. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.

6. PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications are a plus.
