Manager – IT Engineering Applications

Experience - 10+ years

Location - Pune

Responsibilities:

Lead and develop technical teams; oversee task delegation, performance, and delivery outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement and build accountability within the team.
Guide teams across SDLC phases ensuring adherence to standards and methodologies.
Manage translation of functional specifications into program designs, code modules, and stable application systems.
Ensure strong documentation quality and compliance to architectural guidelines.
Leverage DevOps, Agile, and Waterfall frameworks to deliver multi-channel, high-volume applications.
Provide leadership in technical design decisions, incident management, and solution troubleshooting.
Partner closely with Architecture, QA, Infrastructure, Operations, and Business Analysts.
Manage vendor resources including offshore and third-party teams.
Experience in software development (DevOps, Java-based application development).
Systems analysis & high-level design
Engineering tools (bug tracking, version control)
ITIL framework
Leading Agile-based project delivery
