Job Description

Experience: 6+ Years

Required Skills:

Administration of Zscaler internet access portal, client portals

Policy management includes but not limited to Internet (URL), Cloud app control, Browser isolation, client/agent configurations, Internet bypass, PAC and SSL policy.

Change Management Whitelist, blacklist, Client configurations and policy configurations.

Incident management Troubleshooting internet access, Zscaler incidents including agent side issues.

Platform service requests Less common service tasks focused on the underlying platform and include tasks such as integration with new IDP.

Vendor escalations and engagement.

Agent software maintenance upgrades, patches, and rollout.

Mandatory Skills: ZScaler URL Filtering.
Experience: 5-8 Years.
