Job Title:
Technical Lead AI/ML
Location:
Pune/Bangalore/Gurugram
Experience:
810 years (relevant in AI/ML, Python stack, and backend systems)
Education:
B.Tech in Computer Science (or related field)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead AI/ML projects from development to deployment
Train, fine-tune, and deploy ML models into production
Use OpenCV, Tesseract, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NumPy, Pandas
Design backend systems using Python & Django
Develop and maintain REST APIs
Oversee integration of AI features into backend services
Mentor and support team members, perform code reviews
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solution quality
Mandatory Skills:
Leadership in AI/ML team management
AI/ML development (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
NLP & Computer Vision (OpenCV, Tesseract)
Data engineering (Python, Pandas, NumPy)
MLOps (Kubernetes, Docker, Git, CI/CD)
System integration (MySQL, REST APIs)
Good to Have:
Angular frontend, JFrog, ELK, Kibana, Agile knowledge
Behavioral Skills:
Strong problem solving, communication, team leadership, and customer orientation
