Technical Lead

• The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in both DevOps methodologies and infrastructure management, focusing on designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and efficient systems

You will

• Architecture and Design
• Develop and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure solutions
• Create architecture blueprints and detailed documentation
• Maintain architectural integrity and consistency across all projects
• DevOps Implementation
• Lead the adoption and implementation of DevOps practices and tools
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management processes
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment workflows
• Infrastructure Management
• Manage and maintain both cloud and on-premises infrastructure
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for critical systems
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Collaboration and Leadership
• Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery
• Mentor and guide junior team members
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Security and Compliance
• Implement security best practices across all infrastructure and DevOps processes
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
