Job Description

Technical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Install and configure
IoT controllers
at customer sites, ensuring proper setup and connectivity.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, providing timely solutions.
Deliver
on-site training and technical support
to customers on IoT controller usage.
Maintain proper documentation of service activities and customer interactions.
Collaborate with the technical team for escalated issues and improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelors/Diploma in
Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field
.
0 - 1 year of relevant work experience (Freshers can also apply).
Strong interest in
IoT, networking, and technical support
.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel to customer sites.
