Tech Lead

We are seeking a passionate tech lead with a diverse backend technology background to lead large engineering teams at Armakuni. You should possess a strong understanding of software architecture design, backend technologies, cloud platforms, and have prior experience in leading a team of developers. Your responsibilities will include providing solutions architecture, troubleshooting, and technical implementation assistance to project teams. At times, you may also be required to work as a software developer. Utilize your expertise in various tech stacks/languages and tech architecture to drive improvements in project accuracy, quality, and efficiency. As a tech lead, you will oversee project teams" work, offer guidance for troubleshooting, and technical implementation. Conduct training sessions, provide technical guidance to developers, and engage in deep technical troubleshooting. Ensure that standards and best practices are consistently implemented and followed by large cross-technical teams. The ideal candidate should have a technical background with more than 7 years of experience working with a variety of technologies. Proficiency in Python is essential. You should have a track record of building reliable, robust, secure, and high-performance software systems with a considerable user base. A strong understanding of Cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and a conceptual understanding of CI/CD and DevOps are required. Additionally, you should possess strong interpersonal skills such as mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building. A creative approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a big picture view are essential. Exposure and expertise in design patterns and software design patterns are considered advantageous for this role.,
