POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT: The Sr. Developer (ADF) will design and develop technical Oracle Application Development Framework solutions that support client's business needs in accordance with established standards. Contribute to all aspects of project life cycle from design to deployment. The ideal candidate will reflect a mix of qualities: effective communication, technical proficiency and the ability to work effectively with technology partners and other internal customers to provide responsive support across our application portfolio. DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Design and implement custom business applications using Oracle Application Development framework. Design and Implement User Interface and Application business logic layer using JSF, ADF Faces, ADF Task flows and ADF BC4J technologies Translates business requirements into technical design and prepares MD70 documents as per AIM methodologies Ensures that all coding complies with Enterprise Standards and adheres to development guidelines. Ensures that all the assigned deliverables are completed on time and with impeccable quality Provides timely support in troubleshooting defects and providing resolutions Supports production deployment and project go-live tasks Actively participate in team meetings and collaborates with other team members to carry out project deliverables Skills: Excellent technical skills o Strong working knowledge on ADF UI, task flows, ADF integration with web services, ADF BC4J, Security, templates, deployments and Subversion o Good understanding of Performance tuning of ADF applications o Knowledge of Weblogic 10.3 or higher o Good Knowledge of SQL and PLSQL o Must be good at debugging application issues. o Ability to evaluate and analyze programming logic coding problems and develop solutions within existing parameters. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Understanding of relational databases (tables, views, indexes, functions, and replication)Understanding of development tools and processes, source control, versioning tools like Subversion Ability to effectively manage implementation of enhancements, change requests, and releases across multiple, competing, high-priority projects with varying deadlines Strong interpersonal skills and customer and results orientation Experience: 10+ years of experience in the IT/Technology industry 8 years of experience using Oracle ADF 11g framework for application development 8 years of using ADF Faces and task flows for rich UI development 8 years of using ADF BC4J or equivalent business logic layer for writing business logic code 3+ years of basic SQL and PLSQL programming languages European Time Zone Duration : 6 months +

As a ServiceNow technical developer, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain applications/modules on the ServiceNow platform. You will engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations to optimize business processes. With 5 to 8 years of technical experience in ServiceNow and custom/scoped application development, you should be proficient in tools such as ServiceNow Studio, Service Portal, and Flow Designer for business workflow configurations. A solid grasp of Snow Architecture & Modules (e.g., ITSM, IT Service Portal, Asset Management) along with knowledge of databases, Incident management lifecycle, and web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is essential. Your role will involve analyzing, designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining UI/UX within ServiceNow. Expertise in creating service request forms, task flows, and workflows as per the specific requirements of EXL functions is crucial. You will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of new/existing Snow Portfolio on top of the App Engine. In addition, you should be skilled in configuring/customizing the Snow platform, setting up new workflows/alerts, role assignments, and integrations with external systems using ServiceNow APIs, REST, SOAP, and other methods. As a technical solution architect, you will drive transformation initiatives and the Service desk enablement roadmap, overseeing scoping, solution design, delivery, implementation, and adoption of Snow-Service desk across EXL. Experience with scripting tools and leveraging ServiceNow standard functionality for automating routine tasks is expected. Managing data flow integration between ServiceNow and third-party systems is also a key aspect of the role. Possessing ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Application Developer, would be advantageous. Excellent communication skills are essential for discussing technical and functional issues/solutions, particularly in high-pressure situations, with executives, support teams, and customers. The ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting and manage multiple assignments concurrently will be beneficial for success in this role.,

As a UX Designer with 4-6 years of experience in either Chennai or Bangalore with WFH is a must, you will be expected to demonstrate expertise in various areas. Your role will involve a deep understanding of the UX process and the ability to execute UX projects effectively within agile and lean environments. You will need to work closely with product and tech teams to gather requirements, present design ideas to stakeholders, and ensure design alignment across cross-functional teams to guarantee successful product launches. Moreover, mentoring and guiding junior UX designers to enhance their skills will be part of your responsibilities. Your responsibilities will include providing effective UX concepts for e-commerce projects, identifying business and technical requirements, conducting market research through user interviews and competitor analysis, creating design wireframes and prototypes, presenting UX demonstrations to stakeholders, and handing off designs to developers for implementation.,
